Attorney Chris Boedeker’s Brief Leads to Affirm on Appeal

A case Sikes & Associates handled at the trial level and then defended on appeal was affirmed by Court of Appeals of the Thirteenth District of Texas yesterday, January 31, 2013.

After Sikes & Associates’ clients were granted summary judgment, the defendant appealed requesting a reversal of the trial court’s decision. Congratulations to Attorney Chris Boedeker who wrote the appellate brief defending the appeal.
